Victorian Public Health Sector Enterprise Agreement 2021

If you have any questions regarding the VPS agreement, please send an email to vpsagreement2020@dpc.vic.gov.au (link will leave this page). As soon as the new agreements enter into force, public hospitals and health services must ensure that the 3% increase in wages to be paid from the first full salary period starting on 1 January 2018 or after 1 January 2018 is applied to the same “basic amounts” as those subject to the 6% wage increase. The combination of these two increases should be not to increase the “base amounts” by more than 9%, i.e. the two increases do not actually amplify. The parties have developed new company agreements to reflect the agreed terms. The new company agreements have a nominal expiry date of December 31, 2021. Public hospitals and health services listed as employers in the new company agreements are listed in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2. As you know, an agreement in principle has been reached with the Australian Medical Association Victoria Limited on the terms of new four-year contracts for doctors in training and (separate) specialists. This agreement in principle was established in a member of the agreement signed by all parties to the negotiations in December 2017.1 On this page you will find copies of public company agreements for public hospitals, the Community Health Sector and the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine. The parties agreed on a number of improvements to reflect the Government`s commitment to promoting gender equality in the public service.

This includes not paying or taking effect other payments or amendments until the new company agreements have been approved by the Fair Work Commission and are officially operational. These include the corresponding notification payments under each of the company`s new agreements (see Annex 3 for more information on these payments). Take some time to review the proposed agreement before the vote. The service distributes the funds on the basis of all ftEs declared by each hospital and public health service through monthly extracts transmitted to all minimum wage data on the pay slip. . . .
