EXPIRATION

Bonuses per hours: 2 years from the date of purchase

Gift voucher for a fixed amount: 1 year from  purchase date

Gift card: 1 year from purchase date

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Only applicable for specific treatment (s) indicated on the Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Bonus.

2. It is necessary to book in advance. The reference number of the Gift Card, Gift Voucher or Bonus must be provided at the time of booking.

3. You must present the form of your Gift Card, Gift Voucher or Bonus before starting the treatment.

4. The Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Bonus can not be exchanged for money.

5. The Organic Spa Madrid DOES NOT assume any responsibility in case of loss or deterioration of your Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Bonus.

6. In case of wanting to cancel a reservation, you must inform The Organic Spa Madrid as soon as possible.

7. Do not wait until the last moment, The Organic Spa Madrid will NOT extend the validity date of your Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Bonus.
